Clean, relatively modern room at a very affordable price in a prime location. Nice roadside motel feel without the sleaziness.
Great motel in the heart of Percé. Clean and comfortable rooms. Motel is close to everything and right on the promenade. The motel has rooms on both sides of the room. Make sure to book your room on the seaside for views of Percé Rock.
Stayed in the beachside rooms. Clean, comfy, and incredible views. Great little restauranr for breakfast (it's also where you go to check in).
Stayed at Room 17 for 4 Nights, Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, One service per day replacing towels and cleaning. The room had a working microwave, mini fridge, TV, Radio. Instant hot water in the bath, properly flushing toilets (YES, I had to say this) and room heater. Location is the huge plus , near to literally everything Perce has!!! If you are on a budget and cant afford Normandie, then this place is for you. Parking is on site , sea view rooms are the best, they also have a bunch of rooms on the other side of the road not facing the sea, so choose accordingly!!! They also have nice restaurant right next to the hotel serving Bf, Lunch and Dinner, the reception lady was very polite even though I could not speak French. Overall nice budget place to stay. I was there during fall (Sept 25 to 29, 2020)
Room was clean, with easy access to our motorcycles right outside the door. The room however was a bit cramped and small, especially the bathroom, and shower. A big person over 300lbs would have an A very difficult time.
One Of The Best Vacation Spots In The East Coast My family & I stayed at this motel twice already (back in 2010 and most recently last summer, Aug 2019) for 2 nights. Arrived late at night and yet the staff waited for us for the check-in process. Even though we had some minor issues with the TV and Wi-Fi, we simply fell in love with the kind of view we were facing (see my pictures). I could not have asked for a better room. Prices were reasonable and location to the rest of town and the beach was convenient. We certainly will look forward to stay at this motel when we visit the Gaspesie region. Thank you/Merci.
Stopped for 1 night while passing through. The room was clean and remodeled. We we're promised " sea view". Ended up with a parking view instead haha. I guess they just call it "sea view" for having windows in front and not on the building in the back. Another point is the rooms are terribly insulated. You can hear absolutely every thing from the neighbors next door. Overall, we had a good sleep and shower. The price could be lowered per night.
it is the most popular hotel in the town. As a seasonal run business, the hotel closed since the middle of the October. The room is good. The hotel restaurant is more recommended, great view of the rock and good taste, homemade.
